1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on RestrauntPro or utilizing any of our POS, Inventory, KDS, CRM, or Website Builder modules, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. SaaS Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscription Tiers: Access to features depends on your chosen plan (`BASE_1499`, `COMPLETE_5999`, or `CUSTOM`).
• Billing Cycles: Payments are billed monthly in advance. Modules added under a custom plan align automatically with your active subscription end date.
• Trial Period: Accounts receive an initial trial period (7 to 14 days depending on plan tier). Feature access automatically locks upon trial expiry unless a valid payment plan is activated.

3. Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurant owners are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their GSTIN details, menu prices, tax slabs, and customer consent for marketing campaigns. RestrauntPro is not liable for incorrect tax reporting resulting from misconfigured tax settings.

4. Uptime & SLA

RestrauntPro targets a 99.9% uptime for cloud service operations. POS Lite offline sync mode enables continued local terminal operations during temporary internet connectivity loss.
